Release 10.7 SC Prod 16.1, Financials, Sun Solaris.  Performed database upgrade, Apps upgrade from Prod 16 to Prod 16.1, installed EDI Gateway, Cash Management, Alerts, applied many patches.  Also provided Applications developer leadership for AP interface that takes vendor shipping receipts and matches them to custom purchasing system, then loads invoice information into Oracle AP for approval and payment (Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripts)
Performed initial Oracle Applications 11 installation (software stack and database, clients) for a large Oregon-based manufacturing company. Financials and ERP on IBM RS600 server, AIX. Pre-production release of R11 on AIX so received little support from Oracle. One of the first Apps on AIX customers for Oracle.
Performed initial Oracle Applications 10.7 SC Prod 16.1 installation (software stack and database, clients) for a small manufacturing company. Financials and ERP on NT server, Compaq. One of the first Apps on NT customers for Oracle.
Provided technical Oracle leadership on financial applications team for large express freight company. Redesigned and implemented PL/SQL interface program that took PeoplSoft HR data and loaded it into Oracle Apps. Tuned weekly/monthly PL/SQL batch programs for custom international GL system (HP 9000).

Provided Support Team leadership, including assignment of task and development of priorities, project plans, cost estimates, and schedules.

Assisted client in an installation of an Oracle Financials system on a Sequent computer. (General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable) Provided technical leadership in converting legacy systems data into new Financials system and creating interfaces to other non-Oracle Financials systems. (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, SQL*Forms) Created custom reports using Oracle Reports and added to Oracle Applications system. Lead effort to change current GL interface with payroll systems provider, ADP.

Analyzed, designed, created, implemented and maintained an Investor Relations system. For Sales and Marketing group, analyzed, enhanced and maintained several applications including a Marketing and Sales Rep forecasting and reporting system (MASR), National Accounts forecasting system and Leads system. MASR system is used by three divisions including International users in SpaceLabs offices around the world. Reports from system are used by hundreds of personnel from sales reps up to senior management. Was main contact for users. Trained many in use of system, including new international office users. Development was done using SQL*Forms, SQL*Plus and SQR on a DEC VAX under VMS. Also analyzed, designed, created, implemented and maintained a Senior Management Summary reporting system using MS Access and an ODBC connection to the Oracle database on the VAX mainframe.

Analyzed, designed, created and implemented a Personnel Archive application. Enhanced and maintained this system, and Materials Management, Retirement Vouchers, Records Management and Financial Reporting applications. Development was done using SQL*Forms, SQL*Plus, SQL*Report and SQL*QMX, with some work in COBOL using REXX and ISPF panels, on an IBM 9370 under VM. Was the lead over two Programmer Analysts' Oracle training and assignments.

For on-board New Ship Systems, analyzed, designed, created, implemented, enhanced and maintained a Point of Sale system. Analyzed, designed, created and implemented Purchasing and Inventory Control applications. Analyzed and designed a Personnel system. Programs written in SQL*Forms (some with C exits), SQL*Plus, SQL*Report, and several reports written in C, on a Plexus minicomputer under Unix. Was backup to Project Manager.
Developed the company's pilot Oracle application. Analyzed, designed, created, implemented, enhanced and maintained the Cruise Tour Forecasting and Modeling application. Programs written in SQL*Forms, SQL*Plus and SQL*Report on an IBM PC under MS-DOS, then ported to a Plexus minicomputer under Unix, then ported to Novell database server system.
