Westminster ChapelMen's and Women's Slow Pitch Softball Team Signup FormThis should make it easy for you to signup to be on one of our softball teams. Just fill this out and hit the "Submit" button on the bottom of this form.This is an outreach ministry of Westminster Chapel. Anyone who wants to play can play. However, if you want to play on a team that plays in the USSSA Church tournament program, there may be stricter participation rules that apply. All players are expected to regularly attend worship services at either Westminster Chapel, or a church that may not have a softball program. Our teams represent Jesus Christ and Westminster Chapel. We expect there to be no smoking, profanity, or alcoholic beverages at the games. In addition, our attitudes toward the umpires should be exemplary -- even under adverse circumstances.
